The manager is active in the tenant’s move in. We don’t give your tenant the move in inventory and ask for it to be returned within a couple of days. Pictures of the homes condition are taken right before move in and the tenant is required to sign that they received a copy. The move in inventory is done with both the manager and tenant before keys are given to the tenant.
Contact to the owner can be thru DocuSign if preferred. With the tenants, they are required to go over the contract face to face. This is to make sure the tenant and the manager are on the same page. We feel if you don’t go over the lease with the new tenant, they won’t read it and miss understanding can occur.
Residential service contracts are welcome as long as response times are adequate.
